I grew up in Cape Town and decided to pursue my passion for people by studying Educational Psychology at the University of Stellenbosch. After graduating, I pursued my passion for contributing to the development of others in the field of education. During my time as an English and Life Orientation Educator, I wrote the HPCSA board exam to become a Registered Counsellor. In order to further enhance my skills, I completed a Course in Sport Psychology.

After a rewarding career in education, I turned my interest to the private sector. In preparation for this part of my career, I completed several courses and underwent Facilitator Training. Finally, I completed the Stellenbosch University BPsych Equivalence program which led to my registration as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice) with the HPCSA. It was during my time at Stellenbosch that I re-discovered my passion for (statistical) data and for interpreting it in such a way that it benefits both the users (and subjects) thereof.

Whilst my scope of applying data-driven insights to improve processes and the lives of others has been extensive, I gladly highlight a few of the projects that I have had the privilege to be part of:

*Contract- and project management for several ICT projects;
*Oversee the re-design and implementation of an end-to-end performance management process;
*Oversee the implementation of psychometric assessments as part of the recruitment and selection process in a range of business environments to improve the efficacy of the process as a whole;
*Creation and implementation of several predictive Business Intelligence models – including a highly accurate annual turn-over projection model.

Whilst the journey thus far has been exhilarating, I am excited by the proposal that the best is yet to come!
